LENNOX
Caribbean-born Lennox left
his home in Grenada to pursue his childhood dream of music.
A
self-taught guitarist, singer and songwriter, his simple
style features an infectious acoustic rhythm inter-weaved
with soulful vocals.
Lennox began performing
publicly playing bass for his church, still wanting to to be
part of the background. "I was so shy, I'm quiet now, but
I was silent then. I was alone much of the time and music
was a ready companion."
But hiding his raw talent was
impossible. Realizing that poetry through music is his
purpose, Lennox emerged from the background in 1991,
composing and performing his inspiration creations that engage
concert audiences throughout California, Oregon and Washington.
With an organic sound and
fresh style, Lennox captures audiences from all walks of life.
Personal yet universal, his words drawn from life experiences
are shared, making connections with audiences touched by the
spiritual energy woven smoothly through every song...
"And it's like God said to
me, 'Ignore everyone else, just sing to Me, and I will come
through you and touch the people.' An amazing moment for
me - it has kept me going forward many of the days when I would
like to quit."
Lennox currently resides in Los
Angeles, CA and is in production on two full-length CDs.
